Privacy policy.
- The company EKOKAL Tomasz Parys, (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator) is responsible for the privacy policy and technical support of the site edu-grafika.pl(hereinafter the Website). The administrator collects and processes only the necessary data of people who use the portal, ensuring that information about users does not fall into the wrong hands. Everything is done with the utmost care for the good of the user and with respect for the law.
- The Customer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Act about ochronie danych osobowych z dnia 29 sierpnia 1997 r. (Dz.U. 1997 Nr 133, poz. 883 ze zm.) (zwana dalej: Ustawą o ochronie danych osobowych) oraz ustawą o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną z dnia 18 lipca 2002 r. (Dz.U. 2002 Nr 144, poz. 1204 ze zm.).
- The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected by him are processed in accordance with the law; collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes; factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form that enables identification of persons to whom they relate, no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
- The administrator provides customers of the Website that supports, full access to their data and the ability to change or delete them at any time. The Website Customer may at any time disable his account or opt out of receiving information by email.
- The data provided during registration are processed only with the consent of the user. The purpose of data processing is to better adapt the Website and its product range to the needs of its Users.
- The administrator also collects the IP logs of their users. It does so only for server administration, statistical and demographic surveys, and for technical purposes.
- The operation of the Website is also based on Cookies. These are text files created on your computer by the website. These files are completely safe for you and your computer. - The development of the Website means that the privacy policy will change, it will always be published with the date of the last change. By using the website after this date (2/12/2019), you accept the current version of the privacy policy.
- The website is not responsible for the implementation and form of the privacy policy on external pages, the links to which are located on the website.
