Delivery terms

(The following procedure applies to printed decoration materials and teaching aids)

Shipping of goods:

• Any goods with online payment are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is credited.
• Usually shipment is made within 1 business day.
• Delivery time by the selected courier company should be added to the specified time.

NOTE: We do not ship cash on delivery!

InPost parcel machines

• Delivery cost:
  • PLN 0.00 – for purchases over PLN 129
  • PLN 15.00 – for purchases under PLN 129
• Delivery time: 1-2 business days from the day of shipment.

DPD courier service

• Delivery cost:
  • PLN 0.00 – for purchases over PLN 129
  • PLN 19.00 – for purchases under PLN 129
• Delivery time: 1-2 business days from the day of shipment.

Shipments to selected countries of the European Union:

• Delivery cost: PLN 50.00 (€16.00 or 16.00 $)
• Delivery time: 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.

Shipping to selected EU countries:

• Shipping cost: 50.00 PLN (16,00 € or 16,00 $)
• Delivery time: 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch.
